Cheers to the Canadians

I spent this afternoon with participants from 3 different countries, training North American Canadian missions on empathy as the foundation for meaningful DEI work.

The conversation was rich and engaging; this work has never been more important.

Bravo to my Northern neighbors for bravely moving into purposeful education around race over the course of the next year.

I look forward to our session together next week. This was a logistical triumph, with so many moving parts and interpreters in both Spanish and French.
